​This interactive workshop brings together product, engineering and business leaders to explore the Makers Manifesto, understand what its principles mean in practice, and apply them to the way modern organisations work.

​This isn't a conference or a panel. It's a working session designed to challenge assumptions, share perspectives and explore what these principles could look like in the real world.

​What we'll explore

​Part 1: Understanding the Manifesto

​We'll walk through the manifesto's core values and principles together, asking:

• ​What does this principle actually mean in practice?

• ​What changes, and what stays the same, inside great organisations?

• ​Which ideas resonate, and which deserve challenging?

• ​What gets in the way of putting these principles into practice today?

​You'll work in small groups to discuss, challenge and pressure-test the principles with leaders from other organisations.

​Part 2: Applying the principles

​Ideas only matter if they change decisions.

​We'll take the manifesto into real organisational scenarios and explore how its principles can guide better decision-making and optimisation at three levels:

• ​Organisation — strategy, structure and culture

• ​Team — ways of working and collaboration

• ​Individual — how humans and AI agents create their best work together

​We'll explore how these principles could be used to guide decisions, improve ways of working and help organisations move towards a better way of building.
