Create Sand Swirls

​Join environmental artist, Joan Green of Green Art Labs, in making Sand Swirls at Cardiff State Beach to celebrate the Earth. This art form is open to all ages and abilities and is a fun, meditative, creative way to connect with the ocean environment and the community. We'll have some bamboo stakes for creating, or bring your own sand art tools to experiment with. Dress for the beach weather, and bring your own snacks/drinks. We'll show you some tips for making Sand Swirls and then you can create freely on your own or collaboratively.
