Jake McConkey is the CRO of Spilled Milk, a GTM firm based in Tampa Bay. An AI native with over a decade in software sales, Jake joined Spilled Milk for two reasons. 1. He gets to work with his wife, Kallan, Spilled Milk's founder. 2. To make life easier for Sales and Marketing teams. To add to Spilled Milk's offerings (with his long history of working large enterprise tech RFP's in mind), Jake created a procurement tool called Chocolate, which is specifically designed with sales teams, time, and deal context in mind.
Marialuisa Curran is a strategic marketing leader focused on go-to-market planning, demand generation, and executive sales alignment. She partners closely with leadership teams to translate business goals into clear messaging, creative campaigns, and measurable growth initiatives. Her approach combines strategy, hands-on execution, and operational discipline to drive pipeline, strengthen positioning, and support revenue-focused business development.
She has led marketing initiatives for startups, growth-stage companies, and global organizations across technology, healthcare, professional services, and more. Known for being a strong listener and collaborative partner, Marialuisa works deeply within client teams to understand complex offerings and reframe them into compelling, market-ready narratives. Boris Levin - Co-Founder & CEO, DAGR
Boris Levin is a U.S. Navy veteran with experience supporting Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), including work with J39 Military Information Support Operations (MISO) elements. Following his service, he continued supporting the Department of Defense as a contractor in information operations and influence-related mission spaces.
He is the co-founder and CEO of DAGR, a Tampa-based company building systems that detect early influence dynamics across open-source information environments. His work focuses on how narratives form, gain traction, and impact trust in real time - providing early signals that enable decision-makers to respond before information-driven events fully escalate.
Hlib Samsoniuk - Co-Founder & CTO, DAGR
Hlib Samsoniuk is an Army veteran and software engineer with experience supporting Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), including information operations efforts aligned with J39 MISO elements. After his military service, he continued working in Department of Defense contracting roles supporting information operations missions.
He previously served as a Senior Web Developer at General Dynamics Information Technology, where he worked on enterprise-scale systems. Hlib brings deep technical expertise in building scalable data systems, along with firsthand understanding of disinformation and hybrid influence campaigns shaped by his experience living in Ukraine during ongoing information warfare operations.
Michael Notbohm is the Co-Founder & COO of Clarky AI, a platform helping businesses capture and convert more customers through AI-powered voice, chat, and automation. With a background in medical device sales, digital marketing, and real estate, he focuses on building practical AI solutions that drive real revenue—not just hype. Michael works with businesses across industries to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and stay competitive in an AI-first world.
