Roxana Hlodec leads executive talent strategy across eight companies and seventy markets worldwide. She specializes in designing and implementing global frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Roxana has successfully driven the integration of Delivery Hero’s leadership principles into every stage of the employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to performance and succession - while digitizing global talent processes in Workday. With a career spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, HR business partnering, and agile coaching, she is passionate about making performance management a true engine for culture and organizational growth.
Syed Ali Abbas - VP of People – International Markets and HRBPs at HelloFresh Group
Syed Ali Abbas serves as the matrix People leader for the SE corporate HQ in Germany, all HelloFresh markets around the world excluding North America; and leads the HR Business Partner team supporting our Global / International functions including Tech.
He has previously held other leadership roles including Group HR Director for Global Fashion Group, Chief HR Officer for Pacnet Group, Chief Strategy Officer for Epitome Global and Executive Director of HR for AT&T Inc. Abbas has also served on Boards in Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Board Committee roles.

Allie Beardsley - Senior Performance and Growth Manager at GetYourGuide
Allie Beardsley brings a product mindset to organisational design, helping companies connect culture, leadership, and performance into approaches that enable growth. At GetYourGuide, she partners with leaders to shape performance strategy in a fast-scaling, global environment. Her career includes leading culture and talent management at GoStudent and driving new work and performance innovation at Zalando, where she developed frameworks that supported leadership impact and organisational change.
