Why memory changes everything in AI automation
The difference between an AI that forgets and one that learns
How to give your AI a knowledge base it can actually search and use
Build a workflow that retrieves stored knowledge and uses it in real time
Design systems that get more accurate and useful over time
Special
We cover a technique called RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). In plain language: instead of an AI guessing or making things up, it searches your own stored data and pulls the right answer. Think of it as giving your AI a filing cabinet it can actually read. No prior knowledge of this concept needed.

Who is this for
This programme is designed for professionals who have completed Introduction to AI Automation (Level 1 & 2) or have equivalent hands-on experience with automation workflows. You are ready for this if you:
Have built at least 4-5 automation workflows before and want to go deeper
Are handling recurring data, processes, or information across tools
Want to move from one-off automations to systems that run and improve over time
Pre-requisite: Introduction to AI Automation (Level 1 & 2) or equivalent
No coding, no prior experience, and no need for technical background.
All you need is a laptop and an open mind.
