Looking for your next big opportunity? The Seattle Startup Hiring Festival is where innovation meets ambition. We’re bringing together 30+ startups and ~200 job seekers for a full day of direct connections, real conversations, and in-person interviews.
This isn’t a typical job fair. MeeBoss is a match-first, chat-first platform that connects you directly with hiring managers before you even step into the room. That means by the time you arrive, you’ll already have matches and conversations underway and you’ll know exactly which startups to prioritize meeting during the festival.
The day also includes three discussion panels, networking over breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon snacks, and a closing happy hour, so you’ll learn from leaders while expanding your network.

Meet In Person at the Festival
During the festival, startups are divided into three hiring blocks (70 minutes each).
You’ll be able to meet the startups you’ve already chatted with, plus discover new ones.
Not available during a block? No problem. We’ll also have dedicated space open all day for impromptu chats.
