​This interactive online workshop is designed for early-career Black heritage students aged 16–25 who want to develop the skills and confidence to stand out in competitive applications. Led by Sunil Kalia, former Senior Programme Manager at Landsec with expertise in data, digital moderation, and cybersecurity, and now founder of AVA SEO Ltd, a full-service digital design agency. Sunil started his career as an apprentice at British Airways and has extensive experience helping professionals create standout CVs and build a strong online presence.

​In this session, Sunil will cover how to create a strong, tailored CV, highlight your achievements effectively, and understand what employers look for in standout applicants. You will also explore how AI tools can support your application process, from refining your CV to preparing for interviews, and gain access to practical resources to help you present your skills and experiences with confidence. Whether you’re considering university, internships, or your first professional role, this workshop will equip you with actionable strategies to kickstart your career and make your applications shine.
