We will address uncomfortable climate change truths in a psychologically safe setting and offer fresh approaches to navigating climate change.

Fatimah Bello
Fatimah is the Founder and Managing Director of Sustainable World Development (SWD) Futures, a global firm on a mission to globalize sustainability. She's an executive with over two decades of traditional downstream energy industry experience and clean energy transition development, implementation, and investment know-how.
Dawn James
Dawn's expertise spans risk management, ESG strategy, and business transformation, always ensuring that operational efforts align with long-term objectives. She has launched transformational programs empowering organizations to align environmental goals with profitability and sits on multiple boards focused on the climate solutions, systemic change and an equitable, decarbonized energy future.
Molly Reyes (Moderator)
Molly is the Founder of Amplify {Woman of Color and and Oil & Gas executive with over 25 years of experience across the energy value chain. She has a passion for sustainable development, community building and empowering Women of Color. She is an expert on methane abatement technologies and currently serves as a mentor for the Rice Clean Energy Accelerator.

We believe hosting intentional events reserved for women creates a welcoming environment for attendees to feel safe, share vulnerably and be most authentic.

6:00 | Discussion Panel: Cross-Sector Collaboration {Powering Houston’s Climate Transition, this panel will
explore how corporate leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs can work together to accelerate climate action.
6:30 | Climate Solution Activation: From Talk to Action
Small group exercise to practice cross-sector collaboration in real time, foster community building and support action-orientation.
7:00 | Group Sharing & Closing Remarks
