About the Speakers

Angie Sanders – Founder & CEO, CMGT

Angie J. Sanders is a recognized Change Management Strategist specializing in information technology transformations.

With advanced credentials and over two decades of experience, Angie has led adoption strategies for both federal and private sector clients. Her work spans the U.S. Courts, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, Dell, Wells Fargo, and most notably Merck, where she guided change management for a transformation impacting 70,000 employees.

What sets Angie apart is her ability to combine leadership and execution. She calls herself a “lanager”, a leader-manager hybrid who gets results without fanfare.

Omari Sanders – Chief Operating Officer, CMGT

With extensive expertise in leading large-scale projects for both government and commercial clients, Omari has successfully developed web-based solutions, implemented cloud platforms, and driven digital transformation initiatives. His proficiency in software architecture, database design, and user interface development has been pivotal in delivering high-impact solutions.

As COO, Omari ensures operational excellence, overseeing strategic initiatives that streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency. He holds certifications in AWS Cloud, Google Cloud Architecture, and Change Management.

Tremayne Sanders – Director of Digital Strategy, CMGT

Tremayne Sanders is an accomplished digital technologist and communicator with extensive experience in digital diplomacy, digital communications, social media, relationship development, measurement and brand management.

He has significant experience leading professional communications networks that include web editors, press and public affairs officers, project managers, and content and multimedia specialists. Tremayne is currently the Regional Digital Diplomacy Communications Officer, Americas for the UK Government Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

He provides leadership for the development and implementation of integrated digital and communications strategies and provides expert guidance and advice to a network spanning 30 countries in North, Central, South America and the Caribbean.
