Hello Super Suppers,

A belated HNY, or an early one, ahead of Chinese New Year.

Super Supper is back - and we’re kicking off 2026 with our first (and most definitely deliciously opinionated) supper of the year.

Topic over supper: AI note takers (now... buried by bots)

We’re way past the “errr... what is this thing?” era. Today, 3 out of 4 virtual meetings are recorded by at least one, and often more, AI bots - sometime just the bots, as they join the meetings without the humans.

So the real question isn’t “can we capture notes?” It’s:

  • How has note quality changed as the tools got smarter?

  • What are we actually doing with the mountains of notes after the meeting - and, are we extracting any meta-organisational intelligence? Or is the pressure to extract meta-intelligence just creating a fresh layer of anxiety, panic, and FOMO?

  • And don't get me started on the video recordings...! (How many more Greenlands do we need to store all these videos?)

Fact check: enterprise tools like Microsoft Teams now ship meeting recaps as standard features, and consumer tools have already processed over 50 million meetings. It’s mainstream, whether we’re ready or not.

On a more delightful topic... what we’ll cook (and eat)

The event will be held on 18 Feb, the second day of Lunar New Year, making this the perfect excuse for a “go back to mum’s day” vibe (Did you know Day 2 is traditionally when married daughters visit their parents?) … except mum is all of us this time, and the family politics are replaced by dumplings.

WenLin Soh will be our MasterChef for the night. By day she leads Operations teams that bring magic to your front door (Just Eat UK, Zapp & Delli, Relay, and now Checkatrade), and on the side she slings Big Mama-style freezer- and microwave-friendly meals at @ms.wanton. She will lead us to make Cantonese-style chicken, shrimp & mushroom dumplings, and "Lo-hei", a Singapore-style Lunar New Year prosperity salad with smoked salmon (Lit. "toss to manifest”; higher toss, higher abundance).

We know we'll be in good hands, just saying.

RSVP for pre-event questionnaire, dietary requirements and payment.

Click "request to join" and you’ll receive an email to complete the form + payment. Please check your inbox and junk folder. Your seat is confirmed as soon as we have both.

One last thing: A new chapter for Super Supper

2026 will see a rejuvenated version of Super Supper. Please mark your calendars for a bigger alumni-only summit on 26 March, where supperpers from all previous cohorts will be invited to join, and we’ll announce how a tastier, greater and more connected Super Supper experience and community is taking shape.

See you at the folding station.
