This is not a panel and there are no presentations. Everyone in the room is expected to contribute.
The Expansion Lab is a highly curated working session — maximum 10 founders — for scale-ups at an inflection point. Entering a new market. Scaling beyond their current one. Consolidating before the next push. Whatever the decision, this room is built to work through it in real time.

What happens in the room
You come with a specific challenge: market entry structure, first customers, hiring, pricing, legal setup, or capital. The room works through it in real time.

She works at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scaling, supporting founders moving beyond early traction toward durable growth. Who this is for
Founders Late seed, Series A or above. You have a live market expansion in progress or imminent. You have a specific challenge you want the room to work through. You want direct input, not listen to another panel.
Investors (limited places) Actively deploying capital at these stages. You are here to contribute, not observe.
Applications from consultancies, agencies and service providers will not be approved regardless of how the application is framed. 🚫

This is invite-only / approved list. Priority is given to founders directly involved in live expansion decisions.
Places are allocated via approval. Maximum 10 participants.
A very limited number of external seats have been released to the wider network. The majority of places are held for our members and direct invitations.
