Student Retreat: OKC

​Join us for a fun and engaging day designed to introduce students to the exciting world of technology! The OKWIT OKC Area Student Retreat will take place on April 9th from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) and is open to students, parents, and educators interested in exploring technology and future career opportunities.

​During the retreat, students will enjoy a free guided tour of the UCO campus, participate in an Introduction to Programming session, and take part in other engaging activities designed to spark curiosity about technology and college pathways.

​This retreat is a great opportunity for students to explore new skills, learn about life on a college campus, connect with professionals in tech, and discover the many paths available in technology. Parents and educators are also encouraged to attend to learn more about how to support students interested in tech and STEM opportunities.

​Whether students are brand new to technology or already curious about how coding and tech careers work, this event is designed to be welcoming, interactive, and inspiring.
