Werner Biegler is a successfully exited founder and product leader.
In 2014, he co-founded and served as CEO of Varafy, an Edmonton-based, capital-efficient EdTech startup that developed an innovative platform to help post-secondary students master STEM subjects.
In early 2021, Werner led Varafy to a successful acquisition by Chegg. As Senior Director of Product Management, he then led a diverse team across product, design, and engineering to rapidly deploy a unique STEM content platform. Following the Chegg exit, Werner became an active angel investor with Startup TNT.
Werner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.
