At AXS, he leads critical purchase experiences — optimizing conversion, monetization, and premium offerings for millions of users in high-demand, inventory-constrained environments. Previously at Relocity, he built a B2B2C marketplace focused on automation-led experiences that scaled without linear operational growth. Michael is known for balancing user experience, marketplace dynamics, and technical constraints to deliver measurable business impact at scale.
