About
Every year, Mobile World Congress and 4YFN bring together 109,000+ professionals from 200+ countries to Barcelona. Among them — C-level women who run companies, close deals, and shape policy across tech, telecom, AI, venture capital, and startups.
On the closing night of MWC, we bring 150+ of them into one room for an evening of Spark Talks from top women leaders and structured business speed dating. Three days before International Women's Day, this is the only night these women will all be in the same city.
The women in this room will never be in the same place again until next year. This is the only night it can happen.

The Evening
19:00 - Welcome Cava, Drinks. Talks. Pin your city on our World Map and see how far this room stretches. Your name badge says "Ask me about..." - a conversation starter you chose at registration. Every badge is an invitation.
19:30 - Spark Talks C-level women leaders take the stage. One personal lesson, one story that changed everything. Sharp, powerful, unforgettable.
20:30 - Power Tables. Business Speed Dating This is why you came. Themed roundtables for 6–8 women, rotating every 15 minutes. Tables include: "I Need / I Offer," "Cross-Border Collaborations," "Money Talks," "Breaking Through," and more. The most productive networking format for real connections.
21:15 - The Bridge to March 8th Raise your glass. Write a Pledge Postcard. This is one action you'll take for another woman before International Women's Day. Leave it on the Pledge Wall or take it home.
21:30 -Celebration Tapas, music, and the kind of conversations that only happen when the pressure is off.
