​​Nik Kapauan
Nik Kapauan joined Access Holdings in 2022 as a Managing Director on the Value Creation team. As a member of the team, Nik supports the firm’s thesis development, origination, execution, and portfolio management activities. He also leads Access’ efforts to build distinctive digital and analytics capabilities to drive investment decisions and value creation initiatives.

​Prior to joining Access Holdings, Nik was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, helping clients around the world achieve breakout growth by building, acquiring, and scaling innovative new businesses. Nik has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

​​Matt Treuth
Matt Treuth joined Access Holdings in 2024 and is a Principal on the Value Creation Team. He partners with portfolio company finance leaders to build best-in-class finance functions that are ready to scale.

​Prior to joining Access Holdings, Matt was the CFO of a private equity backed platform for Alpine Investors.

​At Access, Matt leads value creation programs in finance, systems architecture and data warehousing, which automate portfolio company financial reporting and lay the foundation for AI-driven solutions. His work focuses on bringing together endogenous portfolio company data and exogenous macro-level data to enable predictive insights and transform financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions.

Tom Hewitson is the Chief AI Officer of General Purpose – the UK’s leading AI training school and has helped thousands of people to get value from AI in their work. He previously founded the Webby-award-winning Conversational AI studio labworks.io and is one of the most prolific publishers of Alexa skills in the world. Prior to working in startups he worked at Meta, the Government Digital Service and BBC Worldwide.
