The Fireside Chat: We'll start with a relaxed chat with a leading industry expert to talk honestly about challenges in property management and how technology and AI are leveraged right now.
The Interactive Workshop: A low-key, zero-pressure space to try out AI with your peers. For about 30 minutes, you’ll play with no-code tools like Lovable and ChatGPT to poke at a daily pain point (e.g., creating a board report + answering calls) and see what AI can do with it.
The Showcase: You’ll walk out with a simple prototype you built yourself, plus a chance to see demos of innovative technologies already on the scene from innovative proptech founders who are already building the tools that will make your life a whole lot easier.
Networking & Drinks: We'll wrap things up with an hour of food and drinks. This is your chance to wind down, swap stories with fellow property managers, and share ideas on how you might actually use these new tricks in your own buildings.
