Beyond MVG Workshop:Governance Recommendations & Prioritization Series—Session 1
Cardano's governance system has been live for over a year. Now it's time to move from observation to action. The Beyond Minimum Viable Governance project team has spent months collecting and analyzing governance data across DReps, SPOs, ada holders and the Constitutional Committee. The data shows a governance system that has successfully mobilized participation at scale but now faces a second-order challenge of activating that participation into informed accountable governance behavior.
In this session we move from data to recommendations. You will identify concrete governance improvements and vote on which ones deserve immediate attention or formal drafting as a CPS or CIP.
Come with your perspective. Whether you are a DRep, SPO, ada holder, or builder, your lived experience is exactly what this process needs.
