Kustomer Lab Live NYC

​Join us for a morning of learning, connection, and hands-on insights at Kustomer Lab Live.

​We’ll kick things off with light breakfast and networking, giving you the chance to connect with your CX peers. At 8:45am, we’ll get started with the Kustomer Product Roadmap, where you’ll hear about the exciting innovations and updates we have on the horizon and ask questions directly to the team responsible for innovation.

​Next, our Product team will lead a deep-dive session on Reporting. You’ll learn the ins and outs of Kustomer’s analytics, where we’ve been and where we’re headed, so you can unlock the full power of your data and make smarter, faster decisions.

​We’ll then transition to AI Readiness and double click into our AI Copilots, talking through AI transformation and best practices around scale. We’ll break into working groups focused on our different AI copilots and get some hands-on experience.  

​By noon, you’ll leave inspired, informed, and ready to take your Kustomer experience to the next level.

​This event will take place at Arlo Midtown in Studio Room 1+2. Please bring your laptop to this event. It will be required to partake in the sessions.
