About Event

The holidays have a way of bringing old patterns to the surface. A single comment, a familiar silence, a glance across the dinner table — suddenly you’re 12 again, navigating the same family dynamics you thought you’d outgrown.

This introductory evening brings together adult children who are curious about healing intergenerational patterns and finding new ways to relate to their parents. Whether you’re actively repairing a relationship, feeling distant or conflicted, or simply wanting to understand your own lineage more deeply, this gathering offers a gentle doorway in.

We’ll explore how to bring more presence, compassion, and choice into family interactions — before, during, and after the holidays. The session will weave together stories from the Parents Reimagined Podcast, reflective exercises, and small-group discussion. You’ll leave with practical tools, deeper self-understanding, and a sense of community with others on this path of reimagining their relationships with their parents.

Parents Reimagined is a podcast and growing community that explores how adult children can heal and transform their relationships with their parents — not by fixing the past, but by changing how we relate to it.

Whether you’re visiting family, staying home, or carrying the ache of distance, this workshop offers a space to come home to yourself — and perhaps begin a new chapter in how you love and are loved.
