Co-Founder, Edenreach
As the Co-Founder of Edenreach, Kayee Cheung is making Justice investable by pioneering Justice Finance—a new global investment model expanding access to justice through innovative capital design. Kayee is a strategist and systems designer with a track record of building across culture, technology, and impact, from her time at Spotify and Skyscanner. Her work is grounded in three core levers: capital activation, technology enablement, and storytelling, advancing a more equitable alignment between innovation and impact.

Mona Datt
CEO, Loom Analytics
With an engineering background and 18+ years in legal and insurance operations, Mona Datt founded Loom Analytics to drive digital transformation for courts, public safety agencies, and insurance claims departments. She specializes in evidence management workflows and intelligent automation for transcription processes. Currently, Mona is developing an end-to-end platform to record and analyze evidence in audio, video, and text formats. Having partnered with hundreds of clients, she takes a human-centric approach to AI adoption, ensuring automation tools integrate seamlessly into existing workflows and deliver measurable results.

Bettina Xue Griffin
Associate, Fasken
Bettina Xue Griffin is an Associate in Fasken’s Emerging Technology and Venture Capital group. She advises founders, scale-ups, and investors on complex commercial issues in the emerging technology space. She is passionate about helping innovative companies scale with clarity and confidence.
Bettina brings a unique and pragmatic perspective to her practice, shaped by experience both within law and in leadership roles at high-growth technology companies. Previously, Bettina led AI product strategy at tech companies, guiding products from development to enterprise adoption.
