Through three lightning talks spanning autonomous systems, AI, and Uber Delivery, followed by a cross-disciplinary panel, we’ll explore the different ways designers extend their influence beyond an individual feature or surface. Hear how designers are approaching complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and shaping the broader experiences their products enable.

Lightning talks by:
Meghdad Abbaszadegan is a mission-driven product designer with over a decade of experience shaping products from early vision to global scale. He currently works on Uber’s Autonomous Mobility & Delivery team, focusing on AV Supply Management, and has previously worked at Turo, Delta Dental, and Coplex to name a few. Outside of design, he’s passionate about soccer and poetry and has published a poetry app on the App Store.
Lisa Kuznietsova is a Lead Product Designer focused on tools that help operate Uber’s marketplace. Her work spans product vision, UX strategy, and hands-on design, with an emphasis on creating scalable experiences that help people navigate complexity and make confident decisions.
Pushkar Joshi is a Lead Product Designer at Uber Eats, designing experiences for Grocery & Retail. He enjoys bringing ideas to life through prototyping and storytelling, helping teams envision what the future could look like.
