SHOW YOUR ART - Artist Registration
To participate in this event, please reserve your spot with a "ticket" and donation of a minimum of $10. Donations will go towards furthering our efforts to create a community space for mindfulness and self-expression as well as room improvements and supplies for Synergetic Circle gatherings and events 🖌
Set up is scheduled for Friday, September 26th at 6pm or Saturday morning at 10am (Please confirm through email - provided below - which time works for you!)
All items do not have to be for sale, but if anything is for sale, it must be clearly marked and price visible to the public. 👀
All artists accept responsibility for their own transactions and sales tax if applicable.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or trusted adult.
All artists are in charge of providing their own packaging materials.
Please bring a small sign that clearly displays your name and the type of work you do. ✔️
Synergetic Circle facilitators and Briquettes Smokehouse are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
For participating artists, if you have social media accounts, please like and share our posts so we can more effectively spread the word about this event! (We also can email you the file to print your own hardcopy posters to pass out or hang up 🤩)
Please email a few pictures of your work to ✉️ 👉 [email protected] along with a brief description of what kind of work you do, what media is your favorite to work with, and what inspires you! ✨️ (**This info will be used to promote you and this event on social media)
