AI is changing everything about how we work. But while everyone's talking about the tools, nobody's talking about us, the actual humans navigating all this change together.
That's why Humanly exists.
Humanly is a community we're building for people who want to stay sharp on the human side of work: communication, collaboration, leadership, and trust. We believe that as AI takes over more of the doing, the human skills become more important, not less.
This is our very first event, and we're keeping it small on purpose.
On April 29th, we're hosting a personal evening in Stockholm for a small group of curious, open-minded people who use or want to use AI at work and in their daily life, and wonder what it means for how we lead, communicate, and collaborate.
You'll meet each other properly (not just play the LinkedIn version of Pokémon GO) through a facilitated workshop in small groups, led by Beata Padlo. The theme: to be the driver, not the passenger, in the AI era.

The workshop is hands-on and conversation-based, you'll actually talk to people, not just listen to someone present at you. Beata will share the vision for what Humanly is becoming, and this evening is the very beginning of it. (YAY!)
Who is this for? If you use AI at work and care about how people work together. Whether you're leading a team, building a product, running a business, navigating a career shift, or just trying to figure out what your role even looks like in a world where AI is changing the rules, you're welcome here. If you are curious and think you don’t fit the brief, you are welcome too!
