​Join us for a celebration of community and creativity! Two years ago, Vancouver Freelance Creatives started hosting monthly meetups to connect camera-based creatives. Now we're throwing a summer party to mark that milestone — and give gear a second home.

​Whether you're looking to re-home equipment you've outgrown, score some used camera gear, or just hang with fellow creatives over food and drinks, this is the vibe.

​Get your ticket by Sunday, June 7th to guarantee food. It will be first-come, first-serve for any ticket holders who purchase after this date.

​🎉 Good vibes & community — A laid-back summer gathering where you can connect 1-on-1 and in small groups

​🎵 DJ & Music — Curated soundtrack for the afternoon

​🍖 BBQ Food & Drinks — We'll have food covered. During registration, let us know your dietary preferences!

​📷 Gear Display & Sale — Vendors get their own table/space to showcase what they're selling or trading. (cash or e-transfer)

​🏆 Giveaways — Filmgear Canada will be giving away an Aputure MC, a SmallRig VB99 V-Mount Battery, and a Vaxis Atom 500 Video Transmission Kit! 3 winners. Must be in attendance to claim.
