At our October meeting we will discuss Trial by Water: Indus Basin and India-Pakistan Relations by Uttam Kumar Sinha.
It tells the story of the Indus Basin, which hundreds of millions of people depend on for water, providing a template for discussing transboundary water and the climate challenges that will require multilateral cooperation or force us to reevaluate our notion of Westphalian borders altogether.
