About Event

A post gets 400 likes. Then nothing happens. Why?

Marketing releases the content, sales runs the sequences, and the people who raised their hand on a post never hear from anyone.

Neither part is a successful standalone GTM motion. When paired together, they become powerful.

One track, one build: in three hours, engineer the loop that turns content engagement into booked conversations.

01 · Analyse: capture what's working for others in the same area as your business, using Flywheel's content data engine.

02 · Create Content: Use Stan's tool and best-in-class frameworks to create a content strategy that will work for you, based on your own personal background, on your chosen platform.

03 · Convert: Analyze who's engaging and qualify them against an ICP and route the right ones into a Smartlead sequence that sounds like a person wrote it.

Nail one stage or ship the full loop. The best demos will show a real post's engagers going in one end and qualified conversations coming out the other.

Who it's for
GTM creators, GTM engineers, growth engineers, technical marketers and agency operators who build with APIs, Clay, n8n, Claude or code. You should be comfortable wiring tools together via MCP; we'll give you the data and the playbooks.

Schedule
6:00 PM · Doors, food, team formation
6:30 PM · Kickoff: a 10-minute live build of the full loop, from engagers to sequence to booking
6:45 PM · Build
8:45 PM · Demos (3 minutes each)
9:15 PM · Judging + prizes

Judging
Three questions: is it ready to run now, would you post it on Monday, and how close does it get to revenue?

Judges from best-in-class startups including YC-backed cos, Flywheel and Corgi, plus GTM engineers from the London scene.

Prizes
To be announced (exciting free stacks of credits)

What to bring
A laptop, your usual stack logged in, and one leak in your funnel you'd like fixed by Wednesday. No team needed; we'll match you on the night.
