​​The Founders Circle is the backbone of our community and our primary monthly growth engine.

​​This is where serious founders commit to clarity, accountability, and forward momentum in their businesses.

​​Founders Circle is intentionally structured, curated, and commitment-based to protect the depth and quality of every session.

​​🔹 Format Overview

​​Each session includes three parts:

​​1️⃣ Co-working Session (Open to All Members)

​​12:00–4:00 PM
An open work session where founders collaborate, share ideas, and tackle challenges together.

​Drop in, make progress on your work, and connect with others building ambitious things.

​​2️⃣ Community Session (Open to All Members)

​​4:00–4:30 PM
Member spotlight, expert insight, or focused topic discussion.

​​This portion is open to the entire community.

​3️⃣Pod Breakouts (Committed Members Only)

​​4:30–7:00 PM
Small pods of 5–8 founders meet for structured hot seats, problem-solving, and accountability.

​​Each pod functions as a peer advisory board designed to build trust, context, and measurable progress over time.

• ​7:00 PM → Optional group dinner

​​🔹 Commitment Structure

​​Founders Circle operates in 4-month cycles.

​​Members who join a pod commit to:

• ​​Attending monthly sessions for the full 4-month period

• ​​Actively participating in hot seats and accountability

​​To protect pod quality:

• ​​If a member misses more than one session within the 4-month cycle, their seat opens for another member.

• ​​This ensures consistency, trust, and seriousness inside each group.

​​Members who are not in a pod may still attend:

• ​​The community session

• ​​Co-working

• ​​Post-session dinner

​​🔹 Pod Structure

​​Pod Size: 5–8 members
Focus: Business challenges, decision-making, and measurable progress
Format: Structured hot seats with clear time allocation and commitments

​​Pods remain consistent throughout the 4-month cycle to build trust and depth.

​​Assignments are finalized before the start of each cycle and remain fixed for that period.

​​🔹 Schedule

​​Frequency: Monthly
Timing: Every 4th Thursday
Time: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Cycle Length: 4 months

​​Pod groups are finalized in advance of each cycle to allow for intentional placement and preparation.

​​Spots are limited to preserve quality and effectiveness.

​​🔹 Participation & Registration

​​Advance confirmation is required for pod placement.

​​Walk-ins and same-day pod registrations are not permitted.

​​Members who do not commit to a pod this cycle are encouraged to attend the open community session and observe the experience for future cycles.
