I want my products’ users to:
A: Solve problems with the tools we sell them
B: Surrender
Take the rest of the quiz at Nothing Personal, Mozilla Foundation’s "surprisingly good” new magazine.
You work in tech. You've seen the inside. You have opinions you mostly don't say out loud at work. This dinner is for those opinions.
Hard Reset and Nothing Personal by Mozilla Foundation are hosting a small, off-the-record dinner for people who believe technology can be better — and have enough experience to know exactly where it isn't.
The question on the table: Can the future of tech actually be human?
We're keeping this small on purpose. The people in the room will be the point.
Joining dinner will be:
Dayo Lamolo, VP for strategic communications at Mozilla Foundation. She works at the intersection of law, strategy, and media. She is a veteran of product development, digital media, and partnerships at companies including Amazon, Google, and Meta. She wrote a book about tech leapfrogging in Africa.
Bourree Lam, executive editor of Nothing Personal by Mozilla Foundation, where she commissions privacy reviews, feature journalism, and the humor column. She's an experienced digital media leader with prior roles at the Wall Street Journal, Refinery29, and the Atlantic. She wrote a book on personal finance for Millennials.
Wednesday, April 22. Flour + Water Pizzeria. 8:00 PM.
