​AI is changing how we learn, but figuring out where to start can be overwhelming. Join the hype-free, beginner-friendly introduction designed to help university students build a solid AI foundation. Whether you have never written a prompt or you just want to use generative tools more effectively, this session will help you transition from a casual user to an "AI Native" student.

​• Part 1: The Mindset (Theory) – We will demystify how current AI tools actually work, what they excel at, and the academic guardrails you need to know.

​• Part 2: The Toolkit (Practical) – Hands-on application. You will learn core techniques and how to reliably integrate AI workflows for your everyday tasks.
