​This session will detail how leaders, teams, and employees at every level can reduce insider risk and empower their workforce to be vigilant in both the physical and cybersecurity domains. Chris will focus on practical steps: setting clear access rules, spotting early warning signs, responding quickly and fairly, and building a speak‑up culture where people feel safe to report concerns. Attendees will hear about real world insider threat use cases, actions to mitigate these threats, and leave with an overview of no-cost resources offered by CISA to help in this effort.

​🎙️ Featured Speaker: Chris Brogger, Program Specialist, CISA

​Chris Brogger works in Security Planning Branch within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), in the US Department of Homeland Security. He collaborates extensively with government at the Federal, State, and Local level, as well as critical infrastructure partners in the private sector. Chris serves as a lead instructor for training workshops and development of tools designed to improve the capabilities of security professionals across various critical infrastructure sectors. Chris also currently serves as a Captain in the US Army Reserve, with combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
