This live webinar will introduce and guide you through the two-level Social Impact Assessment Framework, developed as part of the “Regional Ecosystems for Social Innovation and Social Transformation” (RESIST) project.
Level 1: Entry-level
Simple method that takes only 30 minutes to do, yet brings valuable insights for the work and the impact you create.
Level 2: Strategy Development in three steps
1️⃣ Theory of Change:
Designing Theory of Change – the core of impact strategy – a logical pathway outlining the activities and short-term goals needed to achieve the long-term societal change you envision.
2️⃣ Impact Indicators:
Choose indicators to track the progress – specifically suited for your goals & your team’s capacities.
3️⃣ Implementation System:
Design a system that works for you – align regular routines with impact strategy and indicators you wish to track.
