Please join us for a casual Chicago meetup for Substack readers, writers, and curious people who are fans of Escaping Flatland.
We'll meet at North Gardens near the Art Institute starting around 1:00pm. If it rains, we'll move inside to the Chicago Cultural Center down the street.
We encourage everyone to bring a couple of questions and, if you'd like, a passage or essay from Escaping Flatland that stuck with you.
Taste of Chicago will also be happening in Grant Park that day, so there should be plenty of food trucks nearby. There are benches in the area, but feel free to bring a picnic blanket if you'd like to sit down and stay a while.
