​Christine Andrews - Christine Andrews is Controller at Mercury, a fintech serving over 200,000 companies with banking and financial workflow solutions. She began her career as an Auditor at PwC and later became Assistant Controller at Alarm.com, a public tech company. Christine joined Mercury in 2023, where she leads financial reporting and champions technology-driven process improvements. As both a finance leader and Mercury user, she bridges product design with real-world utility, bringing insights from startups and enterprises to help shape an intuitive banking platform. Her leadership has been recognized with honors including Controller of the Year for Startups (2023, Controller’s Council), Rising Star (2024, Northern Virginia Technology Council), and Emory University’s 40 Under 40 (2024).

​Rafi Ganz - Rafi is head of strategic partnerships at Finaloop, the leading accounting platform for ecom brands in the US. He partners with other industry experts to deliver market insights to customers and the wider industry. Rafi previously worked for over a decade in “Big4” firms PwC and Deloitte, where he advised on numerous M&A transactions and due diligence processes on both the buy and sell side.
