Nucleate Singapore Ignite Workshop Series: Business Development (BD)
No life science company succeeds in isolation. Across research institutes, startups, and biotherapeutic companies, success depends on turning science into impact through strategy, collaboration, and commercialization. BD sits at this intersection, where science, strategy, and markets meet.
This Nucleate Ignite BD Workshop Series is a three-part program designed to provide a progressive learning experience, from early opportunity shaping to commercialization strategy. Join our experts to explore different perspectives on how biotech innovations are translated into real-world impact. Limited seats available!
Workshop Schedule
Date: 2 July (Thu), 6-9pm
Mayura Wagle is Head of BD at the Experimental Drug Development Centre (EDDC), A*STAR, with experience across biotech, venture capital, and translational research, focusing on enabling public-private partnerships to advance early-stage drug discovery. Drawing from this background, she will be introducing key dimensions of BD through practical, real-world perspectives.

Date: 23 July (Thu), 6-9pm
Mohamed ElSayed is CEO of Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Initiative (NATi), A*STAR, with experience advancing nucleic acid-based therapeutic programs through early-stage research and translational development.
