Light Lunch & Unicorns for Good: From Inner Engineering to Outer Scaling
In a super fast paced world, what makes a unicorn? What are the qualities of an enduring unicorn? This panel explores the link between inner engineering—self-awareness, emotional regulation, ethical clarity, and cognitive resilience—and outer scaling: building billion-dollar enterprises that deliver both performance and public good. Moving beyond mindfulness as a personal wellness tool, the discussion examines how inner leadership capacity directly influences strategic decision-making, organizational culture, and societal impact at scale.
Panelists will debate whether inner development is a prerequisite for responsible growth, how it can be embedded into high-performance systems, and what happens when scale outpaces a leader’s inner maturity.
This session challenges the assumption that speed and scale must come at the cost of wisdom—and asks whether the next generation of unicorns will be defined as much by who their leaders become as by what their companies build.
