What to Expect
This is a 2hr intentionally curated evening designed to feel more like a smart dinner party than a traditional event.
Open mingling (15 min)
Arrive, grab a drink, mix & mingle
Dinner + small-group conversations (1 hour) 🍽️
Grab dinner & settle in. You’ll be seated with a thoughtfully curated group of women and guided through light, conversational prompts over a full meal.
Full-group conversation + panel Q&A (45 min)
We’ll come back together to share top takeaway from each table, then kick off an interview-style discussion with women actively working in AI. Speakers include:

About Women + AI
Women + AI is a grassroots community for non-technical women who want their share of the AI moment. We gather over dinner tables for fun, screen-free conversation about what's actually working with AI. Find us at womenandaiclub.com or on Substack, where we share event recaps and drop new events first.
A few quick bits:
Refunds & transfers: Seats are curated & dinner is ordered on headcount, so tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that they're non-refundable but fully transferable; send your spot to a friend who'd love the seat and email me her details. If we cancel or move the date, you'll get a full refund.
Photos & notes: We take photos & video through the night to share what these rooms feel like, and we use Granola to capture high-level themes at the tables. Recaps go out in our newsletter as aggregated themes, never attributed to you by name unless we ask you first. If you'd rather not be photographed or included, email me beforehand or tell us at check-in and we'll honour it, no explanation needed.
Food, drinks & your safety: Dinner & drinks are included. Please send allergies & dietary needs when you register so we can pass them to the venue, & check with venue staff on the night before you eat. Bar service is run by the venue and they may ask for ID.
