​By registering for and attending the AI Happy Hour at SPIN SF ("Event"), you agree to the following:

​Photography & Media Release You consent to being photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped by the Event co-hosts (Render, Exa, and Greptile) and their authorized representatives. You grant each co-host a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your name, likeness, image, voice, and statements in any media, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and advertising, without further compensation or approval.

​Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver You attend the Event at your own risk. You release and hold harmless the co-hosts, the venue (SPIN SF), their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your attendance or participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness.

​Event Conduct The co-hosts reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their sole discretion. RSVPs are approval-based and non-transferable.

​Data Use Information collected during registration may be shared among the co-hosting organizations for event coordination and follow-up communications.
