这个月，我们会用前一个小时创作曼陀罗。把它当作一个容器，用来做当下的自我表达与内在整理。
（不需要任何绘画基础，需要至少三只彩笔）
后一个小时，我也会分享一些我自己的个人成长与疗愈体验，也欢迎来这里分享你的经历和体验。
