✨ What's MakersLounge?
MakersLounge is where makers come together to build something meaningful for Toronto. This isn't your typical networking event - we're rolling up our sleeves and creating an open-source project together, leveraging our collective skills and creativity.
Here's how it works:
Bring your ideas - Come with concepts for what we could build for the city
Decide together - We'll choose a project as a group when we arrive
Build collaboratively - No technical skills required! We'll use Notion as our main interface
Everyone contributes - Your perspective and skills matter, whatever they are
Present together - We'll meet again at the end of November to showcase what we've built
You don't need to be a developer. Whether you create visual designs, write compelling copy, conduct research, organize ideas, tell stories, or simply have a unique perspective on what Toronto needs - you can contribute to this project and the city.
