Understanding Sweet Spot for VCs at Pre-Seed
Understanding Sweet Spot for VCs at Pre-Seed
This session focuses on the nuances involved in the different types of Pre-seed rounds and companies that investors prefer to focus on. At Pre-seed, some investors prefer to invest after the Company has secured some institutional backing while others prefer to invest before there are other investors on the cap table.
In this session, we focus on the two most important questions that Pre-seed founders are looking to understand:
Signals that Matter — Since most Pre-seed investments are in companies that are pre-revenue (or have minimal revenue), what are the signals that really matter?
Sweet Spots at Pre-Seed — Most investors have a very specific sweet spot at which they like to invest. What are some examples of these and how can founders figure out which investors might be most relevant for them at Pre-Seed?
The session will leave time for a brief Q&A at the end to make the discussion interactive. The event is most useful for founders looking to raise Pre-seed rounds.
