The age of the builder is here and it’s for everyone.
This International Women’s Day, Foras Ventures is partnering with Lovable’s SheBuilds to support a global building experience focused on empowerment, access, and real creation.
Together, we’re inviting our community to learn how to build with AI and ship a real app in a single day using Lovable, with free credits provided to participants.
This hands-on session is designed to move you from inspiration to execution in a single afternoon. You’ll connect with ambitious builders, get set up quickly with the tools and mindset to build confidently, and spend focused time creating with support around you and publish something real before you leave.
SheBuilds represents the kind of practical empowerment that moves ecosystems forward through action, not panels, and aligns directly with our mission to remove friction between idea and execution.

We chose to be a community partner because access to modern building tools should not be gatekept by geography, capital, or traditional technical pathways.
At Foras, we’re builders first. We believe ambition is evenly distributed but opportunity is not, and expanding access to AI-powered creation is one of the fastest ways to rebalance that.
AI lowers the barrier between concept and product. That shift matters particularly for women and underrepresented builders who have too often been told to wait or prove themselves first. Practical exposure to these tools strengthens the future pipeline of founders and technical leaders across the UK and beyond. Strong ecosystems are built when access expands.
