About the Allison Leopold Tilley (moderator)
Allison Leopold Tilley is named one of the top “Women Leaders in Tech Law” by The Recorder for six consecutive years and hailed as the Technology “Dealmaker of the Year” by The Deal. Based in Silicon Valley, Allison advises technology companies, including on their multibillion-dollar M&As, formation, venture capital financings, public offerings, securities transactions, SPAC transactions and board governance.
As counsel to both acquirers and target companies, she has closed multiple billions of dollars in M&A deals for technology companies and has acted as lead counsel on over 70 mergers and acquisitions valued at more than $40 billion in the aggregate.
About Ford Tamer
Ford Tamer is Lattice Semiconductor’s Chief Executive Officer and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. He joined Lattice in September 2024.
Ford brings to his role extensive industry experience and leadership spanning 20 years in semiconductors and 10 years in software. Before joining Lattice, in his most recent operating position, Ford served as President and CEO of Inphi for more than nine years, where he led the company to become the market leader for electro-optics solutions for cloud and telecom operators until its merger with Marvell Technologies, Inc. Prior to Inphi, he was CEO of Telegent Systems, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom’s Infrastructure Networking Group, co-founder and CEO of Agere Inc., amongst other operating roles earlier in his career. He most recently, held a senior operating partner role at Francisco Partners. He serves on the Boards of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), and the Global Semiconductor Association (GSA). He previously served on the Boards of Groq (licensing deal with Nvidia), Marvell, and Teradyne.
About Dr. David K. Lam
Widely recognized as founder of Lam Research Corporation in 1980, Dr. David K. Lam has become an entrepreneurial legend in his own time. As the first CEO of Lam Research, he guided the successful launch of his eponymous company’s first plasma etch system – and subsequently became the first Asian-American CEO to take a company public on the NASDAQ exchange. Following his early years at Lam Research, he became a serial entrepreneur guiding several high technology ventures to successful outcomes.
Dr. Lam continues to leverage his experience, expertise and contacts to provide guidance to emerging technology enterprises. He currently devotes most of his time to Multibeam Corporation. As Founder, Chairman and CEO of Multibeam, he led the development and commercialization of miniature e-beam column technology, enabling the company’s Multi-columnar E-Beam Lithography (MEBL) system to play a key role in advancements in photonics, quantum computing and advanced packaging.
About Lilly Huang
Lilly Huang is Managing Director for the Ultra High Net Worth segment at Citi Private Bank and previously served as Managing Director at HSBC Global Private Banking, where she led the Ultra High Net Worth and Asia Corridor teams for the West Region. With over 20 years of experience working with venture capital and technology communities, she advises ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families on customized strategies for growing, managing, and transferring wealth across investment management, trust and estate planning, family office services, lending, and philanthropy. Prior to HSBC, Lilly was Head of the Entrepreneur Services Group at Silicon Valley Bank and also served as the first San Francisco representative to China, appointed by former Mayor Gavin Newsom. She currently serves on the CEO Advisory Council for USA Fencing, the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Association of Northern California, and as a Lotus Advisor for the Asia Foundation.
