🌐 Climate Reality - Climate Changemakers Seattle Hour of Action
This is the first monthly Climate Reality WA Chapter event at the Seattle Climate Innovation HUB. We're excited for this opportunity to connect in person, and collectively learn about and complete a climate action. For this meeting there will also be an update on Battery Storage (BESS) in King County and upcoming opportunities for action in Pierce County. The Climate Reality Project is a non-profit organization founded by former US Vice President Al Gore that is focused on climate change education and advocacy. It trains and mobilizes grassroots activists to push for clean energy transitions, climate justice, and policies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
This is a 🌐 9Zero Cluster Meetup, sector-specific groups led by experts. With digital tools and in-person meetups, they help 9Zero members build relationships with leaders in their space.
