💞 CONSCIOUS RELATING SERIES

Dates: Wed Nov 19 & Wed Dec 3
Time: 7:30–9:00 PM
Theme: Embodied Communication, Boundaries & Conscious Containers in Relationship

Overview: This two-part relational laboratory explores how we speak, listen, and connect whether in dating, romantic partnership, or the early stages of intimacy. Conscious Relating offers both skills and frameworks for building intimacy and trust: practical tools for clear, compassionate communication and structural approaches for creating relationships that feel grounded, free, and intentional.

This ticket is for both sessions. If you want to pay for just one session use the code "NOV19" for a $25 ticket. If you want to pay for the second session only use the code "DEC3" for a $25 ticket. If you are a member use the code "SFCMEMBER" for a free ticket.

Session 1 (Nov 19): Communication Skills

Communication is the lifeblood of intimacy. In this session, participants explore the foundations of attuned communication—understanding boundaries, articulating desires and needs, and cultivating the art of skilled listening and repair. Through guided dialogue and embodied exercises, participants learn how to speak with honesty and listen with devotion.

Session 2 (Dec 3): Structures for Relationship
Explore conscious communication structures in dating, partnership, and work with frameworks to design and navigate desire, boundaries and collaboration. We'll talk about Relationship Agreements, Relationship Conversations, and Relationship Containers each of which provides clarity and freedom. We’ll also explore the practice of Conscious Closures—how to complete or transition relationships and connections with honesty, care, and mutual respect.

Outcome: Participants gain a practical framework for cultivating intimacy through skillful communication and conscious structure. They leave with tools to express desire and boundaries with clarity, to listen and repair with presence, and to create or complete relationship containers—romantic, sexual, or collaborative—with honesty, freedom, and care.
