Social.coop x Cosocial New Member Journey Walkthrough

​We're cooperating to improve how we interact with new and existing members with a December hackathon!

To prep for the hackathon, we are having 90 minute meeting to walk through the present user flows/journeys for sign-up and onboarding and discuss improvements.

​In this 90-minute workshop we will:

• ​Review CoSocial and Social.coop's respective new member sign-up and onboarding journeys

• ​Identify pain points and potential improvements

• ​Collectively brainstorm what onboarding to the digital cooperative ecosystem could look like All this is in preparation for our upcoming hackathon

​Who is this session for:

​Members of either co-op who are interested in the details of our onboarding process, especially if they wish to provide feedback and help brainstorm.
