AI Sync

Tickets for AI Sync events are sold via Luma (

) and payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in PLN and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 the event will not be honored, as catering, venue, and operational costs are already committed at this point.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge 

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

If AI Sync cancels the event, you will receive a 

 automatically to your original payment method.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

We are not liable for personal costs incurred in connection with attending (travel, accommodation, time off work, etc.).

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue unavailability, or strikes — we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds may be issued at our discretion, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., venue deposits, catering commitments).

Failure to attend the event without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.

Early Bird and promotional tickets (including discount codes) are subject to the same refund timeline outlined in Section 2. Refunds are issued at the price actually paid, not the standard ticket price.

We aim to respond within 7 business days.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve it. Initiating a Stripe chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in being banned from future AI Sync events.
