Designing Digital Services with People: Newid Digital Sessions
Join us on the 2nd December for the next Newid Digital Session all about making digital services work for people.
📝 What to expect
Hear how Conwy Connect for Learning Disabilities, a charity that promotes the rights of people with a learning disability in North Wales, used Service Design to make their digital systems work better for staff and the people they support.
Leanne will share what led to the change, how they tested ideas with real users, and key lessons on accessibility and inclusion.
You’ll also learn how starting small, testing ideas, and designing with people, not for them, leads to better digital services.
🧰 What you’ll get from this session
An introduction to user-centred and service design
Service design in action at Conwy Connect
A Q&A where you can ask questions and share your own experience
Optional breakout rooms for peer discussion and networking
👥 Who is this session for?
Charities and voluntary groups in Wales
CICs, social enterprises, and community organisations
Anyone responsible for digital, service delivery, comms or operations
People who are just getting started with digital, and those already on their journey
Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve existing services, you'll gain practical insights to apply in your organisation.
