California Starters Coalition Launch: Unlocking Entrepreneurial Opportunity for All
Entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful tools we have to drive economic growth, create jobs, reduce poverty, and strengthen our communities. But too often, barriers—policy, access, awareness—stand in the way of those ready to build.
Join us for the official launch of the California Starters Coalition, a statewide initiative powered by Right to Start, committed to making entrepreneurship a civic priority in California. This gathering will bring together founders, policymakers, ecosystem leaders, and advocates to build a more equitable and dynamic economy where everyone has the right to start and grow a business—regardless of race, place, or background.
We’re honored to feature a keynote from Victor Hwang, Founder and CEO of Right to Start, as well as Dr. Tara Lynn Gray prior Director of CalOSBA (California Office of the Small Business Advocate). They will follow in a Fireside chat about American and California the Entrepreneurial.
In addition, we are proud to have partner, CalOSBA an now Acting Director, Clair Whitmer, share words about the resources available all up and down CA to advance entrepreneurial opportunity.
