​We first met Paige Wilhide at 0111, where she lit up the room with her mix of play, clarity, and grounded energy. Now, she's back, this time taking over our February Member Led Deep Dive. If you missed her the first time (or just want more), this is your chance.

​In complex, fast-moving environments, leaders are often expected to respond quickly, even when clarity is still emerging. This workshop introduces Yes, And as a foundational adaptive leadership practice and creates space to experiment with how it works in real time.

​We’ll start with a clear, shared understanding of what Yes, And is (and what it is not): not agreement, not forced positivity, and not lowering standards, but a way of acknowledging reality while keeping momentum alive. From there, we’ll engage in simple, playful experiments that highlight how different response patterns shape conversations, trust, and collaboration.

Paige is a speaker, play facilitator, actor, and seasoned improviser with over a decade of experience helping people unlock creativity, confidence, and connection—through the unexpected power of play. She’s trained at The Upright Citizens Brigade, T. Schreiber Studio, and The Groundlings, and her solo show Breakup Addict earned acclaim at Edinburgh Fringe. Today, she designs breakthrough workshops and joy-fueled experiences for teams, leaders, and communities ready to lead differently.
